Lamb and Pork Orders
Once again, we at Glenire Acres Farm, have lamb available.
If you are interested in purchasing some custom cut lamb please let me know.
Our animals are all raised extensively without castration or tail docking
and with much attention to their well being.
Whole Lamb (custom cut) - $150 (~$10 extra for vac pack)
Half Lamb (custom cut) - $80
1/4 Lamb ('Lamb Pack') - $45
And this year, for the first time since 2001, we have a limited volume of
free-range pork.
Pork Pack (approx 9 1/2, 10 lbs) $30, basically 1 Roast (Leg, Shoulder
or Ham ~ 3lbs), 1 ground (~1lb), 2 packs loin chops (2 per), 1 bacon (~1lb),
1 sausage (6 per, ~1 1/2lb, Honey Garlic, Octoberfest or Hot).
We will make these up as ordered, some subs available except for bacon.
Individual items: - Loin Chops $4.50 (pack of 2, large)
Bacon $4
Ham $12 (3 lb Roast)
Sausage $5 (pack of six, Honey Garlic, Octoberfest, Hot). We cannot 'retail'
these, but can take a 'freezer order', at least 20lbs
